Return Policy

All requests for returns for products where the package has been opened are subject to a 15% open box fee. Software products can only be replaced with the same title and version if found to be defective. Special order items are final sales and may not be returned. Before returning any item, please call our Customer Service Department at 1-877-600-0460 for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. You are responsible for shipping costs of the return and all items must be in "as new" condition, in original packaging and with all warranty cards, manuals, accessories and UPC codes intact.

Manufacturer's Warranties & Technical Support

All products are sold with the manufacturer's limited warranty unless specified otherwise. The warranty period and service varies by manufacturer and product. Manufacturer's warranties for exported products may vary or be null and void. The manufacturers provide technical support for their products. If you are not satisfied with the quality and/or timeliness of the support you receive, please contact us and we will escalate the matter with that manufacturer.

Typographical Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, ColorMall shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Pictures of products may not always reflect the item description. Please use the product description as a guide to the product and the price listed.

ColorMall hereby expressly disclaims all warranties either expressed or implied including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. This disclaimer in no way affects the term of any manufacturer's warranty.
